All End-User interaction with your Application are tracked on this Screen, and are visible to the Administrator/Collaborator/Chat Representative of the Application.
The left panel shows the list of all the users who have interacted with the application, and all their previous chats can be viewed and monitored. Users can be clicked to get their conversation history, all metadata regarding the application confidence score can also be seen. The user list also highlight the users who need some action performed by the Administrator/Collaborator/Representative.
The Chats are highlighted, if the application is not able to recognize the user sentence for multiple times or if the reply from application is below the Confidence Score set by the Administrator [See: Message Settings]
The right panel shows the aggregated user information recorded by the Application from the conversations to give context about the user actions and details over time thus preparing the user profile.
